PEACHY MILLER

ADA-Services for Rennie Marguerite "Peachy" Miller, 89, Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Criswell Chapel, Rev. Larry Hawkins officiating. Burial follows at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mrs. Miller died on Monday, April 21, 2008, at a local nursing home. She was born December 18, 1918, at Non, Oklahoma, to Edgar and Rose Roan Lewis and attended school at Non. She worked at the East Central University cafeteria for several years and attended Asbury United Methodist Church.

She married Clarence W. Miller on December 20, 1933, at Atoka. He preceded her in death on January 6, 1994, at Ada.

Survivors include one son, Doug Miller and wife Thalia, Ada; three daughters, Jane Treat and husband Harold, Noble; Bobbye Sloan, Ada; and Billye McCurley and husband Bob, Lynchburg, Virginia; two brothers, Berry Lewis, Apex, North Carolina; and Rodney Lewis, Midland, Texas; ten grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by four sisters, Truba Tilley, Elizabeth Ward, Sally Wilkerson and Patricia Miller; and two brothers, Robert E. Lewis and F. C. Lewis.

Bearers will be Keith Treat, Hartley Sloan, Clint Sloan, Eddie Holland, Johnny Thompson, Curtis Whittington, and David Abbott.
