ADA-Services for Reba Lynn Hernandez, 52, Ada, are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, with Trish King officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Hill Cemetery. The family will receive family and friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Criswell Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hernandez died Jan. 31, 2013, at Ada. She was born Dec. 30, 1960, to Carol Stout in Ada. She was employed with The Chickasaw Nation Gaming Commission as a licensing investigator.
She and Jorge Hernandez were married in March 2001 in Ada.
Survivors include her husband, Jorge, of the home; a daughter, Kelli May, of the home; a son, Christopher May, of the home; her mother, Carol Stout, Shawnee; her brother, Steven Stout, Shawnee; two grandchildren, Braden Cooper and Brittany Williamson; a great-grandson, Kylen Williamson; two aunts, Kay Mershon and Christine Roberts; and a uncle, Herman Stout; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by a son, Shane Williamson, and her grandmother, Florence Stout.
Bearers will be Steven Stout Jr., Braden Cooper, Quentin Stout, Trent Mershon, Jim Hawkins and John R. Hawkins.
