RAYMOND WILLIAMS

ADA-Services for Raymond Ellis Williams, 69, Ada, are 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Egypt Cemetery.

Mr. Williams died Monday, February 9, 2009 at a local hospital. He was born January 1, 1940 at Ada, Oklahoma to Haskell and Grace Fox Williams. He attended Jones Chapel school.

Mr. Williams worked in various jobs and later worked in lawn care. He was known for driving an Allis Chalmers tractor "Alice" around town as his transportation. Mr. Williams had served in the National Guard.

Survivors include two sisters, Clarice Stone, Ada, and Linda Phillips and husband Gene, Roff; nieces, Laura Eastman, Tammy Stone, Wendy Williams, and other nieces and nephews; special cousins, Larry "Pete" Fox, Ada, and Bob Fox, Ada, and other cousins; and a special friend, Donna Long.

Bearers will be Charlie Williams, Damon Eastman, David Stone, Roger Stone, Steve Stone, and Bob Fox. Honorary bearers will be Larry "Pete" Fox, Randall Phillips, Brady Robinson, Mark Stone, Glen Stone, Derreal Stone, Dustin Kirk, David Belah, and Robert Lee Phillips.
