Raymond “Keith” Morrison
Raymond “Keith” Morrison entered the presence of his Savior Jesus Christ on Father’s Day June 21, 2026, at the age of 83.
Keith was born on February 15, 1943, in Sand Springs, Oklahoma to Thomas and Velma (Gillespie) Morrison. He was the youngest of four children and learned early the values of faith, hard work, humility, and perseverance. Those qualities guided him throughout his life. He graduated from Harding High School in Oklahoma City before earning his accounting degree from University of Central Oklahoma and becoming a Certified Public Accountant. Keith enjoyed a successful career and was co-owner of Morrison & Company CPA's with his son Kris. He valued hard work, honesty, and the relationships he built throughout his career.
One of the greatest blessings of Keith’s life began on December 28, 1972, when he married the love of his life, Linda Moak. Together they built a beautiful marriage that spanned more than 53 years and created a home filled with faith, laughter, devotion, and unconditional love.
While Keith was respected for his professional accomplishments, those who knew him best would tell you that his greatest achievement was the family he loved so fiercely. He was a devoted husband, an exceptional father, and the kind of Papa every child hopes to have. To his children and grandchildren, Keith was deeply loved and treasured.
Keith lived life with curiosity, creativity, and a sense of adventure. As a licensed pilot, he loved the freedom of the skies and enjoyed traveling the country with Linda in their RV. He was a lifelong car enthusiast who especially loved his MG and spent countless hours in his hobby room building model airplanes, boats, and cars. A gifted artist, he created beautiful pencil drawings and seemed able to fix just about anything. Never one to stop learning, Keith also taught himself to play the dulcimer and harmonica by ear.
Keith’s faith in Jesus Christ was the foundation of his life. For nearly 40 years, he and Linda were faithful members of First Baptist Church of Ada where he served as a Sunday School teacher and church treasurer. He loved his church family and quietly lived out his faith through service, integrity, and devotion to others.
While Keith’s many talents were remarkable, it was his kindness, humility, unwavering faith, and devotion to his family that truly defined his life.
Keith was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings Thommie Morrison, Lucy Connor and Virginia Showalter; and his son Gregory Morrison.
He leaves behind his beloved wife of 53 years Linda Morrison; daughter Susan Galbreaith and husband John; son Kris Morrison; grandchildren Sutton Boyington, Jonah Boyington, Max Manuel, Macee Manuel, Jared Morrison, Justin Morrison and Mason Galbreaith; as well as many cherished nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Criswell Funeral Home in Ada. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 29, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Ada with burial to follow at Rosedale Cemetery.
