Services for Randall Lee Smith, 54, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Union Valley Baptist Church, Rev. Randall Christy will officiate. Burial will follow at Ft. Towson Cemetery.
Mr. Smith passed away Friday, February 5, 2016 at his home. He was born June 28, 1961 in Dumas, TX to Bobby Lee and Ruby Jean Watson Smith. He graduated from Moss High School.
He married Lisa Gregory in 2001. Mr. Smith retired as a Medical Technologist at Baptist St. Anthony Health Care System in Amarillo, TX. He was a loving husband, father and son.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa, of the home; a son, Samuel Lee David Villa-Smith and his wife Dana of Waco, TX; his parents, Ruby Jean and Bobby Smith of Ada; a sister, Rhonda Smith Taylor and her husband Frank of Ada; two grandchildren, Isaias Villa-Smith and Cadence Villa-Smith; and several nieces and nephews, Sara Taylor, Amity Taylor, Emily Lee, Naomi Taylor and Alyce Lee.
