Rae Dean David

OKLAHOMA CITY-Graveside services for Rae Dean David, 96, of Oklahoma City are 1 p.m. Saturday at Randolph Cemetery, Randolph, TX.

Ms. David passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017, in Oklahoma City. She was born October 13, 1921, at Ector, TX to Ray and Stoxie Witherspoon Freeman. She graduated from Fox High School and junior college in Illinois.

Ms. David was a civil service employee for 45 years mostly with the Environmental Protection Agency starting in Ada, Oklahoma, and retiring in the Dallas, TX office. She was a member of St. Luke's Methodist Church in Oklahoma City. She had lived the last seven years at Epworth Villa in north Oklahoma City.

The family would like to thank the many people who helped her during her time at Epworth Villa. They were always there to help and take care of her.

Survivors include her son, James D. Fellers and wife, Sue Phillips of Oklahoma City; a granddaughter, Laura A. Collins of Edwardsville, IL; and a great-granddaughter, Karli Rae Barton of Edwardsville, IL.
