POLLY BLACK
ADA-Services for Polly Arline Black, 52, Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Ballard Nursing Center Auditorium, Rev. Earl Hood officiating. Burial follows at Rosedale Cemetery.
Ms. Black died on Thursday, July 3, 2008, at Ada. She was born February 21, 1956, at Lynwood, California to Arlie Jasper Black and Iva Murriel Holman Black. She worked in housekeeping at Ballard Nursing Center.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Paul Black and Ryan Zachery Rogers; K-9 companion, Crickett; and a host of family and friends at Ballard Nursing Center.
Bearers are Angel Scott, Tammy Melton, Peggie Persinger, Ricky Bicknell, Crystal Edens and Anna Holland.
