PHYLLIS DOLLARD
ROFF-Services for Phyllis Jean Dollard, 72, Roff, are 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Roff First Baptist Church, Rev. Tony Folger will officiate. Burial will follow at East Hill Cemetery in Roff.
Mrs. Dollard died Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at Arbuckle Memorial Hospital. She was born April 16, 1939 in Evansville, Indiana to Raymond Manvell and Laura Marie Mangold Kinsey. She graduated from high school and attended college at the College of the Desert.
She married Donald Dean Dollard on December 31, 1961 in Kansas City, KS. He preceded her in death on February 14, 1991 in Long Beach, California. She married George Leroy Holloway in 1993. He preceded her in death in March 2001. She later moved to this area in 1996 from Twenty-nine Palms, California. Mrs. Dollard was a homemaker and had previously owned a bakery for several years. She was of the Christian faith and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include her children, Donald Dollard, Jr. of Boston, MA, Craig Dollard, of Sulphur, OK, Catherine Fisher and her husband Larry, of Waco, TX, Ellen Vandever of Roff and Cynthia Schmidt and husband Greg of Spanish Fort, AL; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; her step-children, Tom and Sherry Holloway of Maryland, Bill Holloway of California, and Shirley Stancliff of California; her brothers and sisters, Bro. Jerry Kinsey and his wife Shirley, Donald Kinsey and wife Linda, Mary Wilkerson and husband Ralph, Richard Kinsey, and Michael Kinsey and wife Donna, all of Evansville, IN; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Donald Dean Dollard; her second husband, George Leroy Holloway; a son-in-law, Johnny Vandever; and siblings, Jackie Kinsey, "Butch" Kinsey and Delores Tullier.
Bearers will be Don Kinsey, Craig Dollard, Lyle Hedges, Todd McCaskill, Cynthia Schmidt and Ellen Vandever.
