ADA-Services for Phnaughn "Kathy" Deaton, 63, Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Calvary Pentecostal Holiness Church, Rev. Frank Trent will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Deaton died Friday, January 30, 2009 at a local hospital. She was born November 7, 1945 at Ada to Leroy and Edith Mae Hughes McDaniel. She graduated from Vanoss High School.
She married Ronald James Deaton on September 20, 1991 at Bullhead City, Arizona. Mrs. Deaton was employed in the packing department at Brockway Glass Company and later a customer service manager at Wal-Mart for seven years.
Survivors include her husband, Ron Deaton, of the home; a daughter, Felecia Tatum and husband Vince, Ada; two brothers, Dennis McDaniel and wife Delores, and Alvis McDaniel, Ada; two sisters, Lawana Cannon, Ada, and Vonda Dees and husband Orlan, Ada; six grandchildren, Dusti Tatum, Ashley Tatum, Courtney Tatum, Aaron Tatum, Donny Price, and Megan Flatt.
Bearers will be Darrell Teel, Jason Mosley, Charles Cannon, Chris Cannon, Donny Price, and Aaron Tatum.
