Percy Lambeth

Percy David Lambeth, 57, of Ada, OK passed away January 12, 2017 at his home. Mr. Lambeth was born May 21, 1959 in Dallas, TX. He was a beloved friend to many. Mr. Lambeth is preceded in death by his father, Percy Leo Lambeth, mother, Ermel Flowers Lambeth, brother, Daniel Keith Lambeth.

He is survived by one very special friend Tina Holkum, and a number of other friends and relatives.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Criswell Funeral home.
