Memorial services for Paul Vernon Cushman, Jr., 63, of Oklahoma City, formerly of Ada, will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Brian Matthews will officiate.

Mr. Cushman died October 4, 2019 at an Oklahoma City hospice house.  He was born June 29, 1956 in Ada to Paul Vernon and Vera Shirlene Miller Cushman, Sr. He graduated from Ada High School.

He was a millworker employed with Evergreen Mills, a published poet and ordained minister.

Survivors include his sister, Paula Frantz; niece, Erika Frantz; grand nephew, Desmond Cook, all of Oklahoma City; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
