PAUL CUNNINGHAM
ADA, OKLAHOMA-No services are planned at this time for Samuel Paul Cunningham, 91, Ada, formerly of Elkins, Arkansas.
Mr. Cunningham died Tuesday, January 1, 2008 at an Ada nursing home. He was born May 20, 1916 in the McGee Community, near Stratford, Oklahoma to West L. and Lella Myrtle Dill Cunningham. He attended Washington, Oklahoma schools and Ada schools and graduated from Ada High School.
He married Lucretia DeLong. She preceded him in death on April 12, 1996. Mr. Cunningham worked for Boeing Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas during World War II and later was a dairy farmer.
Survivors include three nieces, Betty Jackson and husband Kenneth, Ada, Lola Marshall and husband Rod, Cushing, Oklahoma, and Doris Simmons and husband Milton, Martin, Tennessee; and a nephew, Billy Don Cunningham, Ada.
