Patty Gale McCaskey (Bagwell) was born June 1, 1962 in Woodland, California to Joann and Buron Bagwell.
At the young age of 15, Patty moved to Anchorage, AK and began working at Kentucky Fried Chicken with family. At 17, Patty went to work for Sheraton Hotel where she met Ken McCaskey, whom she later married September 24, 1982. A few short years later, Patty had her first born, a daughter, Maegan. Patty was a loving stay home mother and always involved in school events as Maegan was in school. Patty was the mother to all kids. Hockey games was a weekend tradition! In 1997, Patty has a surprise with a second child, Kyler. He was born 3 months early and for a few months, Patty spent her days seeing him in the NICU at the hospital. In 2000, Patty and Kyler moved to Ada, Oklahoma to be with family, where she began to work for the Chickasaw gaming as a surveillance officer, until 2015 when her health declined. Patty then moved with her daughter and grandchildren, Rylee and Matthew. As Maegan then took care of her mother and oversaw all medical. Patty enjoyed her days in the house of "Craziness" with her daughter, two grandkids, her son and ex-husband.
Patty passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at a Woodward Hospital in Woodward, OK.
She was preceded in death by her parents, JoAnn and Buron Bagwell; brother, Veryl Lynn Bagwell and grandson, Kellis Mason Gregory.
Patty is survived by daughter, Maegan Smith McCaskey; two grandkids, Rylee Smith and Matthew Gregory, of the home; son, Kyler McCaskey, of the home; ex-husband, Kenneth McCaskey, of the home; sister, Karen Eger and husband Montie Eger, of Ada; sister, Cheryl Diane Duay and husband, Mike Duay, of Oklahoma City; brother, Jerrell Bagwell, of Ada; along with several nieces, nephews and extended family.
