Patricia Lambert

Graveside services for Patricia Ann Lambert, 82, of Stonewall are 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 20, 2025, at Jesse Cemetery; Mr. Lance Huntsman will officiate.

Patricia passed away Monday, March 17, 2025 at her home.  She was born June 8, 1942, in Evansville, Indiana to Lylburn Meek and Mary Thomason Meek.

She graduated from Ringling High School in Ringling, OK in 1960.   On June 3, 1960, she married Derle Archie Lambert in Marietta, OK.  They were married for 39 years and lived in Ardmore, OK, Yukon, OK, and Mansfield, TX before moving to Stonewall, OK in 1982.  They raised cattle together and enjoyed their life in the country.

Patricia was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking and sewing and she loved watching her grandkids and great grandkids grow up.  She was a member of the Stonewall Church of Christ.

Survivors include her son, Derle Lambert, Sr. and wife, Lisa of Mansfield, TX; granddaughter, Reena Barnett and husband, Jason of Stonewall, OK; grandson, Derle Lambert, Jr. and wife, Jennifer of Maypearl, TX; grandson, Justin Nelson of Pensacola, FL; grandson, Cody Lambert and wife, Carina of North Olmstead, Ohio; grandson, Lonny Lambert and wife, Caroline of Mansfield, TX; sister, Karla Holmes of Newcastle, OK; son-in-law, Ricky Nelson of Ada, OK; sister-in-law, Idessa Meek of Ada, OK; brother and sister-in-law Bob and Gail Williams of Bakersfield, CA; great grandchildren, Kason and Gracie Barnett of Stonewall, OK, Madi and Vinny Lambert of Maypearl, TX, Kam, Emma, & Levi Lambert of Mansfield, TX, and Boudie Nelson of Pensacola, FL; several nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lylburn and Mary Meek; husband, Derle Lambert; daughter, Tammera Nelson; and brother, Rodney Meek.

Bearers are Michel Meek, Ricky Nelson, Brandon Holmes, Jared Holmes, Derle Lambert, Jr., and Lonny Lambert.
