Graveside services for Patricia "Patti" Ann Boulware, 58, Roff will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Lightning Ridge Cemetery, Rev. Steve Wilburn will officiate.

Mrs. Boulware passed away Monday, June 21, 2021 at a local hospital. She was born August 23, 1962 in North Hollywood, California to Paul James and Correna Faye Underwood Allen.

She was a construction worker for Express Personnel.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas Boulware, Porter; mother, Correna Allen, Roff; two daughters, Crystal Stehr and husband Shane, Borger, TX, and April Hunley, Ada; one son, Matt Branscum and wife Cheri, Pauls Valley; one brother, Michael Allen and wife Pamela, Lightning Ridge, and adopted brother, Nathan Allen, Roff; two sisters, Jalina McCutchen and husband, Mac, Ravia, and adopted sister, Brooklyn Allen, Roff; and eight grandchildren, Drew Dixon, Emily Dixon, Brooklynn Branscum, Caleb Dixon, Lane Branscum, Gracie Hunley, Mattie Branscum, and Hudson Branscum.

She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Allen; maternal grandparents, Robert and Mattie Underwood; and paternal grandparents, Curney and Moneta Allen.
