Pat Powell

A memorial service for Patsy Ann "Pat" Powell, 90, of Ada, will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 4, 2026, at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel; Rev. Brian Matthews will officiate.

Ms. Powell passed away Friday, March 13, 2026, in Shawnee.  She was born December 30, 1935, in Coalgate, OK, to J.I. and Lorena Stewart Jones.

Ms. Powell received her master's degree and was an elementary teacher until her retirement.

Survivors include her two sons, Robbie Powell and wife, Mitzi, of Ada, and Chris Powell and husband, Rodney Black-Powell, of Shawnee; five grandchildren, Justin Powell, Ryan Brust, Emily Black, Brooke Black, and Denny Spencer; four great grandchildren, Zailey Black, Zander Black, Brooklyn Brust, and Andy Spencer; three nieces and six nephews.
