OLGA RHYNES
ADA-Services for Olga Naomi Rhynes, 84, of Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 29, 2013 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Revs. Robert Brown and Robert Ware will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Rhynes died Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at an Ada assisted living center. She was born August 7, 1929 at Franks, Oklahoma to Sam and Edith Jones Cole. She lived in this area all her life and graduated from McLish High School.
She married Kenneth Gaylon Rhynes on March 20, 1949. He preceded her in death on August 7, 2009 in Ada. They were married for 60 years. Mrs. Rhynes was a homemaker and a longtime active member of the First Pentecostal Holiness Church in Ada.
Survivors include her children, Gary Rhynes and his wife Sandy of Ada, Karen Rhodes and her husband George of Ada, Keith Rhynes and his wife Barbara of Durant, Kenny Rhynes and his wife Donna of Ada, and Becky Jackson of Frisco, TX; her 16 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and one on the way; her sister, Dahlia Mae Mills and her husband Verble of Sapulpa; her brother, Vestel Cole and his wife Bette of Ada; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a sister, Vada Marker; and her son-in-law, Gary Jackson.
Bearers will be her grandsons, Garrett Rhynes, Lance Rhynes, Jason Rhynes, David Rhynes, Dallas Rhynes, Scott Rhodes, Trey Rhynes, Tyler Jackson, Kyle Jackson and Kevin Jackson.
