Oleta Loyd

Services for Oleta Faye Loyd, 92, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel; Bud Ross will officiate.  Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mrs. Loyd passed away Thursday, July 17, 2025, in Holdenville.  She was born April 24, 1933, in Elk City, OK to Hershel Edward and Lena Myrtle Forgey Caylor.

On December 6, 1962, she married Vestal Dee Loyd.  She was the owner/operator of local grocery stores in the area.

Survivors include her son, Kelly Loyd and wife Jana of Ada; three daughters, Nancy Carson and husband Rick of Ada, Brenda Fleming of Ada, and Kimberly Loyd of Ada; nine grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and brother, Dean Edward Caylor.

Bearers are Ryan Loyd, Cody Loyd, Tyler Elliott, Brody Staubus, Cody Staubus, and Tim Carson.
