NOVELLA ODOM
JONESBORO, GA-Services for Novella Odom, 97, Jonesboro, Georgia, formerly of Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Criswell Chapel, Dr. Rusty Fuller officiating. Burial follows at Rosedale Cemetery.
Mrs. Odom died on Friday, July 17, 2009, in Jonesboro, Georgia. She was born November 2, 1911, in Clark County, Arkansas to Tom and Rosa Jones Holt. She was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
She married Marion Herbert Odom on October 6, 1928, in Ada. He preceded her in death on April 26, 1986.
Survivors include a son, Donald Odom, Jonesboro, Georgia; granddaughter, Christine Noel, Jonesboro, Georgia; and two great grandchildren, Nicole Noel, Jonesboro, Georgia, and Derek Noel, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
