NOVELLA BLAKE
ADA-Graveside services for Novella P. Blake, 93, Ada, are 2 p.m. Monday at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rev. Floyd Kaiser officiating.
Mrs. Blake died Oct. 14, 2011, at 801 S. Stadium Drive in Ada. She was born Jan. 7, 1918, to John Ira and Eddie Thurlo Wommack at Sulphur. She attended school in Sulphur and later moved to Ada with her family. She and Rogers Blake were married Nov. 4, 1938. He died Oct. 23, 1991. She was a lifelong member of the Ada Southwest Church of Christ.
Survivors include two sons, Edd R. Blake, Palm Springs, CA, and Bud Blake, Ada; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
