NELLIE SCOTT

ADA-Graveside services for Nellie O. Scott, 96, Ada, are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rev. Randall Christy will officiate.

Mrs. Scott died Sunday, October 28, 2007 at her daughter's home in Moore. She was born January 1, 1911 at Farmersville, Texas to Tom J. and Viola Munger Killian. She and her family moved to the Roff area in 1913 from Farmersville, Texas. She attended the Roff Public Schools.

She married Gordon B. Scott on June 4, 1927 at Roff, Oklahoma. He died December 4, 2001 at Ada. Mr. and Mrs. Scott moved to Ada in 1929 from Roff. She and her husband owned K & S Floor Covering in Ada for many years. She was a Baptist.

Survivors include two sons, Ronald Scott and wife Joyce, Ada, and Wayne Scott, Plano, Texas; two daughters, Chloe Boydstun and husband Harvey, Moore, and Lawana Villines and husband Bill, Kingston; one brother, Weldon Killian and wife Joan, Ada; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren; and eight great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, an infant son, two grandsons, three brothers, and three sisters.

Bearers will be grandsons and great grandsons.
