Mildred Forehand
Private family services will be held at a later date for Mildred Elizabeth Forehand, 87, of Ada.
Mrs. Forehand passed away Thursday, November 5, 2015 at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born August 26, 1928 in Ada to Rollie and Emma Daniel Gross.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Calvin Forehand; two sons, Mike Gilliam and Curtis Gilliam; a great-grandson, Jayden Forehand; and a brother, Curtis Gross.
Survivors include a son, Terry Forehand of Slaughterville; two daughters, Brenda Tatum of Moore and Elaine Shelton of Oklahoma City; a step-daughter, Patty Forehand of Sacramento, CA; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two nieces; and one nephew.
