Michael Underwood

Services for Michael Dean Underwood, 56, of Mill Creek are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Blue Baptist Church in Connerville, Rev. Larry Hawkins will officiate. Burial will follow at Seeley-Blue Cemetery. A Wake Service will be 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Underwood passed away, Friday, December 2, 2016 at an Oklahoma City hospital. He was born June 11, 1960 in Talihina to Andrew and Lillian Wisdom Underwood. He graduated from high school and received an Associate's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree from Haskell Indian University.

Mr. Underwood was an auto mechanic for the Chickasaw Nation.

Survivors include two daughters, Autumn Underwood and Nikki Weems, both of Ada; his mother, Lillian Underwood of Mill Creek; three brothers, Larry Wisdom and wife Mary of Mill Creek, Darrell Underwood and wife Linda of Tishomingo and Dexter Underwood and wife Valerie of Mill Creek; a sister, Tammy Underwood Davis and husband Richard of Norman; and he is survived by five aunts, three uncles, many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.

He was preceded in death by his father; paternal grandparents, Joe and Mary Jane Underwood; and maternal grandmother, Alice Cass.

Bearers will be his nephews, Andy Underwood, Shannon Underwood, Tim Underwood, Matthew McDonald, Gerald Wisdom, Jason Underwood and Ryan Castleberry.
