Memorial services for Michael Owen Pollard, 39, of Stonewall will be on July 30th at 10 a.m. at Rhynes Ranch.
Michael Owen Pollard was born on May 24, 1977 at Shawnee Medical Center in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Michael Lynn Pollard and J. Elaine West Pollard. He attended Byng & Allen Schools and Rose State College. He previously worked at Burr Valley Ranch and was an avid fisherman. Michael passed away on July 20, 2016 in Merritt Island, Florida. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Betty Jo Watson Pollard on March 6, 1987 and maternal grandmother, Tropa Mae Moore West on November 1, 2008.
Michael is survived by his son, Logan Coy Pollard of Ada and daughter, Bailee Michelle Pollard of Merritt Island, Florida; parents, David & J. Elaine Rhynes of Stonewall and Michael Lynn Pollard of Texarkana, Arkansas; maternal grandfather, Coy West of Allen, paternal grandparents, Glenn and Pam Pollard of Oklahoma City; sister, Lesley Michelle Pollard McClarty of Norman and her children, Brayden McClarty, Jaymin Michael McClarty & Alexa-Kate McClarty; half-brother, Marshall and Amber Freeman of Ashdown, Arkansas and their children, baby Lily Alexandria who is expected in August and step daughter, Paizley; step sister, Rachel Rhynes of Oklahoma City and her children, Ja'Lia Thomas, Julius Thomas and Jurnee Moody; maternal aunts/uncles, Coy and Susan West of Trophy Club, Texas, Bob and Connie Frederick of Ada, Carlous and Becky West of Tuttle; paternal aunts/uncles, Robert and Debbie Brashier of Harrah, Tim Pollard and wife Tina of Norman, Doug and Sharon Latimer of Thilmont, New Mexico, David and Susan Paslay of Holdenville, Rona and Larry Heiliger of Edmond and a host of cousins.
Michael will be greatly missed by his beloved dog and companion, Cali.
