MIKE REYNOLDS
PONTOTOC-Services for Michael Henry "Mike" Reynolds, 59, Pontotoc are 10:00 a.m. Friday at the United Methodist Church in Pontotoc, Rev. Duane Baker will officiate. Burial will follow at Pontotoc Cemetery.
Mr. Reynolds died Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at an Ada hospital. He was born December 1, 1951 in Ada, Oklahoma to Robert Leon and Kathleen Weatherly Reynolds. He attended Ada schools and graduated from Ada High School. He received a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Education from East Central University.
He married Jim Ann Williams on June 26, 1981. Mr. Reynolds was employed with the Pontotoc County Assessor from October 1, 1981 retiring on December 1, 2006. He served as the County Assessor for Pontotoc County from January, 2000 until his retirement and he was a member of the United Methodist Church in Pontotoc.
Survivors include his wife, Jim Ann Reynolds, of the home; his children, Michael Henry "Hank" Reynolds of Pontotoc, Ashley Ann Simmons and her husband Travis of Pontotoc, and Jordan Reynolds of Pontotoc; one brother, Bob Reynolds and his wife Beverly of Tupelo; a nephew, Mike McDonald; niece, Kate McDonald; and a great niece and great nephew, Lexi and Cord McDonald.
