Michael Cobb

Mr. Michael Shawn Cobb, 56, of Ada, Oklahoma, passed away at his home on Wednesday, July 29, 2026.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 3, 2026, at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenny Morrison officiating.

Mike was born on June 9, 1970, in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, to Kenneth Wayne "Coach" Cobb and Patsy Ann Keith Cobb. He graduated from Byng High School and attended Seminole State College before beginning a career in auto body repair. Mike spent many years doing what he enjoyed at Rick's Body Shop, where he was known for his hard work and skill in repairing automobiles.

Outside of work, Mike loved spending time outdoors. Hunting and fishing were among his favorite pastimes, but he was especially known for his love of noodling. He also had a friendly, outgoing personality and was never short of lady friends, bringing laughter and stories wherever he went.

Mike is survived by his parents, Coach Wayne Cobb and Patsy Cobb.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Cobb.

Mike will be remembered for his hardworking nature, his love of the outdoors, and the friendships he made throughout his life.
