Kevin Calvert

Services for Michael Kevin Calvert, 53, of Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9th at the Southwest Church of Christ, Floyd Kaiser will officiate. Burial will follow at Vamoosa Cemetery.

Mr. Calvert died Tuesday, December 05, 2017 at a local hospital. He was born July 26, 1964 in Ada to Jimmy Lynn and Dianna Houston Calvert.

He enlisted in the U.S. Army, but during training was medically discharged. He later became an Information Technician for Spirit Bank.

Survivors include two sons, Michael Calvert and wife Brandy of Holdenville and Stephen Calvert and wife Lacey of Mustang; a step-son, Edward Alen Barnes of Pauls Valley; his father, Jimmy Calvert and wife Sondra of Wewoka; four grandchildren, Michael Calvert, Aubrie Calvert, Braxton Calvert and Carson Calvert; four brothers, Ronnie Houston and wife Barbara of Ada, Gary Calvert and wife Kris, Terry Calvert and wife Debby and Dean Calvert, all of Wewoka; and other loving relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Dianna; maternal grandparents, Joy and Alice Houston, and a granddaughter, Katie Lynn Calvert.
