MELLISSA JOHNSTON-HISE

CENTRAHOMA-Services for Mellissa Lee Johnston-Hise, 25, Centrahoma, are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Gene Williams will officiate. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.

Mrs. Hise died Friday, September 26, 2008 at an Ada hospital. She was born December 27, 1982 at Atoka, Oklahoma to Royce Lee and Lasondra Mellisa Blevins Johnston. She graduated from Coalgate High School in 2001.

She married Donnie Wayne Hise. Mrs. Hise was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Donnie Hise, of the home; a daughter, Mariah Johnston, of the home; her parents, Royce and Lasondra Johnston, Centrahoma; step-daughters, Alexis Hise and Jayden Hise, both of Ada; sister, Megan Johnston, Centrahoma; a brother, Jacob Johnston, Centrahoma; her maternal grandmother, Linda Blevins, Ratliff City; paternal grandparents, John and Margaret Johnston, Clarita; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Floyd Blevins, and two aunts, Melody Blevins and Effie Johnston.

Bearers will be Kenny Pearce, Candice James, Richard Smith, Robert McAusland, Gary Humphreys, and Kenneth Sanders. Honorary bearer will be Earl McAusland.
