MARYE JANE EVANS
ADA-Services for Marye Jane Evans, 70, of Ada, are 3:00 p.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Ralph Alexander will officiate. A Committal Service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Evans died Thursday, October 24, 2014 at a Shawnee hospital. She was born June 2, 1943 at Ada, Oklahoma to Eddie Laverne and Mary Agnes Woodruff Loman. She attended Ada schools and graduated from East Central University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Psychology.
Mrs. Evans was a manager of several nightclubs in the area until her retirement.
Survivors include two daughters, Angie Barbata and husband John of Ada, and Ann Evans of Ada; a brother, Charles Loman, Ada; three grandchildren, Leah Barbata, Ada, Robert William Gunn, and Rachel Lynn Gunn and James Graham; and a great grandson, Nathan Lee Graham.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, John Loman.
