Services for Maryanna Deberg, 80, of Tupelo, Oklahoma, are 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel; Jennifer Hoy will officiate. Burial will follow at Centrahoma Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Maryanna passed away peacefully on May 8, 2026, surrounded by the love of the family and community she cherished so deeply. Though she made her home in Oklahoma, her roots began in Florida, where her strong spirit and unforgettable personality first took shape.

Maryanna was truly one of a kind — a woman with a mind of her own, an iron will, and a heart big enough to hold everyone she loved. She was fiercely independent, deeply loving, endlessly forgiving, and carried a warmth that made people feel safe, seen, and welcome. She had a wonderful sense of humor, a spontaneous nature, and a spark that could light up any room.

She loved her family with everything she had, and her greatest joy came from caring for the people around her. She also had a deep love for animals and a natural nurturing spirit that extended to anyone who needed kindness or comfort. Maryanna was the kind of woman everyone called a friend, looked up to, leaned on, and trusted. Her strength inspired people, and her compassion left a lasting mark on everyone lucky enough to know her.

She leaves behind a large and loving family, including her sons Earl, Casey, Tracy, and Paul, her daughter Laura, many beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren, and an entire community that loved her dearly. Her memory will continue to live on through the stories shared around family tables, the laughter she brought into people’s lives, and the countless lives she touched with her love and generosity.

Maryanna’s life was filled with love, resilience, and unforgettable moments. While she will be deeply missed, her family takes comfort in knowing her spirit will remain with them always.
