MARY SMITH

ADA-Memorial services for Mary Catherine Smith, 55, of Ada, are 2 p.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Derek Altom will officiate.

Ms. Smith died Wednesday, January 1, 2014, at a local hospital. She was born January 17, 1958, at Ada, Oklahoma, to Harold Wayne and Mary Jo Wilcoxson Choate. She attended Francis grade school and graduated from Byng High School.

Ms. Smith was a seamstress for Wrangler.

Survivors include a daughter, Rachel Smith Huff of Tupelo; three grandchildren, Colby Smith, Chloe Smith and Courtney Huff; a sister, Cheryl Fowler and her husband Eddie of Francis; and three nephews, James Fowler, Jamie Fowler and Gary Fowler and his wife Amber.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
