MARY SANDERS
ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO-Services for Mary Carson Sanders, 92, of Englewood, Colorado, are 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Dale Rex from the Bishopric of the Ada Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints will officiate. Burial will be at Ft. Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado.
Mrs. Sanders died Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at her daughter's home. She was born October 29, 1921 in Blackpool, England to John and Ellen Moore Tait. She attended school in England.
She married Walter W. Sanders in 1945. He preceded her in death on December 23, 2010. Mrs. Sanders had worked in the family market garden business in England until she married her husband and then moved to Englewood, Colorado.
Survivors include a daughter, Jean Sanders Palmer, of Ada; three grandchildren, Elizabeth Candelairo and her husband Michael of Brighton, CO, Barbara Austen of Ada, and Margaret Calhoun and her husband Michael of Ada; six great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.
