TULSA-Graveside services for Mary Glenna Hunt, 79, Tulsa, formerly of Ada are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Rosedale Cemetery. A memorial service will be held following the burial at Asbury United Methodist Church. Rev. Temple Diehl will officiate.
Mrs. Hunt passed away Sunday, October 2, 2011 in Tulsa. She was born January 29, 1932 in Washita County, Oklahoma to William Newt and Lola Leeper Vernon. She graduated from Dill City High School.
She married David Hunt on February 4, 1975. He preceded her in death in 1992. Mrs. Hunt was a homemaker and served as a nursery worker at her church. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist church and the Happy Elders at church.
Survivors include two sons, Micheal Jones and his wife Debra, Broken Arrow and Chris Jones and his wife Robin, Mangum; one daughter, Deborah McKenzie and her husband Dan, Ada; a sister, Maudie Jones of Mustang; nine grandchildren, Aaron, Amy, Tim, Matt, Jesse, Lauren, Katie, Jennifer and Jason; and one great granddaughter, Riley Grace.
