MARY ALEXANDER
PICKETT-Services for Mary Ann Alexander, 69, of Pickett are 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Colbert Baptist Church, Dr. Bob Payne will officiate. Burial will follow at Hickory Hill Cemetery. A Wake Service will be 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the home of Weldon and Robin Fulsom, 1217 N. Bolton, Ada.
Mrs. Alexander died Sunday, May 20, 2012 at a local nursing home. She was born March 9, 1943 in Ada, Oklahoma to Roy and Nancy Parnacher Fulsom. She attended Homer and Byng schools.
She married Samuel Alexander on September 29, 1969 in Ada. Mrs. Alexander was a certified nurse's assistant for Hillcrest Nursing Home and Home Health in Tishomingo for 30 years.
Survivors include her husband, Samuel Alexander, of the home; three sons, Cecil Alexander, Ada, Mark Alexander, Ada, and Matthew Alexander, McAlester; one daughter, Rena Collins and her husband Jason, Ada; six grandchildren, Kyle Alexander, Carlos Alexander, Mark Collins, Cole Collins, Takoda Collins, and Logan Alexander; two great grandchildren, Kyree and Jadon Alexander; a brother, Weldon Fulsom and wife Robin, Ada; two uncles, Lloyd Parnacher, Ada, and Floyd Parnacher, Newcastle; and an aunt, Frances Parnacher, McAlester.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nancy and Roy Fulsom; a son, Daniel Alexander; her grandparents, Nonles Parnacher and Rena McGee Parnacher; and an uncle, Calvin Parnacher.
Bearers will be Gabe Alexander, Travis John, Tim Harjo, Joe Brown, Jason Collins, and Jonathan Hotema. Honorary bearer will be Ronnie Miller.
