MARTHA HARPER
ADA-Graveside services for Martha Evelyn Harper, 74, Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Highland Cemetery in Stonewall. Rev. Jamie Perry will officiate.
Mrs. Harper died Monday, May 24, 2010 at a local nursing home. She was born February 13, 1936 at Hugo, Oklahoma to Mark and Colma Baines Perkins. She attended Hugo schools and graduated from Hugo High School.
She married Macon Harper. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Harper was a homemaker and affiliated with the Church of Christ.
Survivors include a son, Buddy Don Prather, Stringtown; five grandchildren, Chandra Sampson, Charity Eidson, Amanda Carpenter, Katie Prather, and Carly Prather; one great grandson, Brylen Carpenter; two great granddaughters, Katelin Sampson and Jaycee Eddings; and a special friend, Billye Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Macon Harper; and a daughter, Judith Ann Prather.
