Mrs. Nave died Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at a local nursing home. She was born July 4, 1917 at Beach, North Dakota to Claude and Evangyline Butterfield Fuller. She graduated from high school in Beach, North Dakota and also from nursing school.
She married Eugene Tate Nave on September 16, 1946. He preceded her in death on November 30, 2004. Mr. and Mrs. Nave moved to Ada in 2002 from Oklahoma City. She was a registered nurse in Oklahoma City, a member of the First Presbyterian Church and a member of the Ada Elks Lodge.
Survivors include a daughter, Cathy Claxton and husband Joe, Ada; two granddaughters, Lesley Claxton and Lindsay Claxton, both of Oklahoma City; and one sister, Gayle Hazel, Austin, TX.
