CONNERVILLE-Services for Margerine Catherine Coles, 93, Connerville, are 2 p.m Monday at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel. Rev David Allen will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Coles died Friday, March 1, 2013, at an Ardmore hospital. She was born March 3, 1919, to Joseph and Anna Laura Nix Ragland at Gerty. She attended Vanoss Schools and was a homemaker. Mrs. Coles was a member of the Mill Creek Pentecostal Holiness Church.
She and Cooper Coles were married Dec. 16, 1938, at Stratford. He died Jan. 31, 2004.
Survivors include four daughters, Ruth Andrews and husband Wendyle, Ardmore, Jane Gray and husband Joe, Ada, Margie Ross and husband James, Connerville, and Linda Coffman and husband Ernie, Kingston; two sisters, Arminda McCauley, Vanoss, and Ann Boyd, Waxahachie, Texas; nine grandchildren, Katie Matthews and husband Joe, Tatum, Texas, Coye Andrews and wife Marilyn, Piedmont, Carl Gray and wife Janet, Ada, Dr. Scott Gray and wife Glenda, Sheridan, Arkansas, Marjana Tharp and husband Chris, Ada, Quinn Ross and wife Melanie, McAlester, Todd Ross and wife Krista, Tishomingo, Shannon Weatherbee and husband Chad, Kingston, Michael Coffman and wife Bobbie, Blanchard; 23 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Lonzo Ragland and a granddaughter, Karen Andrews.
Bearers will be Scott Gray, Carl Gray, Coye Andrews, Quinn Ross, Todd Ross and Michael Coffman.
