MARCELL POOL
STONEWALL-Services for Marcell Doris Pool, 84, Stonewall, are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Kendall Martin will officiate. Burial will follow at Condon Grove Cemetery near Milburn.
Mrs. Pool died Saturday, August 14, 2010 at her home. She was born June 27, 1926 at Filmore, Oklahoma to George and Estie Helms Brashier. She lived in the Stonewall area most of her life and graduated from Stonewall High School.
She married David Pool on August 9, 1952 at Oklahoma City. He preceded her in death on November 12, 2006. Mrs. Pool was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include two daughters, Karen Pool, of the home, and Kristy Rhines, Roff; two granddaughters, Keni Rhines, Oklahoma City and Amanda Rhines, Roff; two sisters-in-law, Lillian Brashier, Ada and Marsha Gregory, Oklahoma City; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Halla Ludwig, Norma Prentice, and an infant sister; and two brothers, Montana "Corky" Brashier and Gerald Brashier.
Bearers will be Darl Durant, Dakota Brashier, Dalton Brashier, Gene Durant, Randal Hamilton and Donnie Clark. Honorary bearers will be Larry Brashier, Walter Prentice, Russell Prentice, Ralph Holland and Barry Williams.
