Lynda Windle

Services for Lynda Dalene (Smith) Windle, 71, of Allen, are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, grandchildren will officiate.  Private family burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery, Oklahoma City.

Mrs. Windle died Friday, December 21, 2018 in Edmond.  She was born May 14, 1947 in Edmond to Winford and Jewell Vanderhoof Smith .   She graduated from Grant High School in Oklahoma City.

She married Edd Windle March 4, 1977 in Gainseville, TX.  Mrs. Windle was a homemaker and a member of High Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Edd, of the home; four children, Tim Ferree and wife Beverly, Dawn Alvarado and husband Rob, Crystal Ferree and husband Chris, and Bryan Windle; 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; a sister, Sondra Luke; and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
