L. T. Williams, Jr.

Services for L. T. Williams, Jr., 90, of Ada are 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 23, 2026 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Williams passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at an Oklahoma City hospital. He was born October 18, 1935 at San Angelo, Texas to Louis and Hazell Kelley Williams. He graduated from high school in San Angelo in 1954.

He married Betty K. King on January 24, 1958. She preceded him in death on June 2, 2016. Mr. Williams worked for Lone Star Gas Company until his retirement. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, a Texas Master Mason and a member of the Kiwanis Club. He had served in the U. S. Army as a Military Policeman from 1955 – 1957.

Survivors include a son, Steven Williams and wife Lydia; daughter, Malinda Choate and husband Kenny; son, Kyle Williams and wife Stacy; grandchildren, Dillon, Shilow and Dakota Williams, Randy, Lisa, Mark Choate, and Clair and Austin Williams; and a great-granddaughter, Kamyrn Choate.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty and parents.
