Obituary

BYNG-Services for Loyd Otto "Huck" Brecheen, 66, Byng, are 11:30 a.m. Saturday, August 25, 2007, at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd Kaiser will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Brecheen died Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at a local hospital. He was born October 23, 1940 in Maxwell, near Ada, Oklahoma to Oscar and Artie Lillian Hilton Brecheen. He attended Vanoss schools.

He married Mary Key on December 12, 1990 at Sulphur, Oklahoma. Mr. Brecheen worked as a pipeline welder and retired from Atlantic Richfield Oil & Gas. He also served in the U.S. Army.

Survivors include, his wife, Mary Brecheen, of the home; one son, Dustin Brecheen and wife, Shawna, Ada; two daughters, Ana Lillian Butticci, Modesto, CA, and Sherry Dale Brecheen, Oakland, CA; one stepson, Lee Roy Grant Key, Oil Center; two brothers, Dave Brecheen, Ada, and John Hilton, Ada; five grandchildren, John Butticci Jr., Josh Butticci, Davina Diebner, all of California, Gavin and Seth Brecheen, Ada; and four great-grandchildren, Hailey Nicole and John Butticci, and Christian and David Diebner.

Bearers will be Jesse Brittan, Gary Humpherys, Mark Baxley, Jackie Gold, Justin Gold, and David Key. Honorary bearers will be James Sherrell, Bob Hester, Jerry Murray, Jim Murray, Dennis Murray, Jody Browning, Willie Dansby, Dale Sanders, Lloyd Burk, Floyd Burk, Jimmy Turner, David Wright, and Jim Maxwell.
