Graveside services for Lisa Sue Blevins, 53, of Stonewall, are 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 15, 2021 at Jesse Cemetery in Stonewall.  Her brother-in-law Scott Dobbs will officiate.

Mrs. Blevins passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at a local hospital.  She was born April 3, 1968 in Wewoka to Robert "Bob" and Carolyn Sue Rush Baker.

She married Jerry Blevins, March 25, 2004 in Coalgate.  Mrs. Blevins was a nurse's aide at a nursing home.

Survivors are her husband, Jerry Blevins, of the home; father, Bob Baker, of Oklahoma City; mother, Carolyn Cole, of Dandridge, TN; one brother, Michael Baker, of Atoka; and one Aunt, Jackie Chancellor, of Oklahoma City.

She was preceded in death by her step-father, Perry Cole and sister, Terri Lynn Cole.
