ADA-Services for Linda LaRue Branscum, 57, Ada, are 10:00 A.M. Thursday at First Baptist Church, Rev. Randall Christy officiating. Burial follows at Vamoosa Cemetery, Vamoosa, Oklahoma.
Ms. Branscum died on Monday, January 3, 2011, at her home. She was born April 25, 1953, in Oklahoma City to J. D. and Amelia Henry Branscum. She attended school at Konawa and graduated from Konawa High School. She graduated from East Central University and was a family counselor and attended Union Valley Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Lindsey Pierce, Chicago, Illinois; a son, Cody Hill, Ada; parents, J. D. and Amelia Branscum, Ada; brother, Jeff Branscum and wife Cathleen, Ada; two aunts, Margaret Webber, Monroe, Louisiana; and Alice Kryza, Falls Church, Virginia; uncle, Harley Henry, Wynnewood; nephews, Chance Branscum and wife Kelcie, Ada; and Dillon Branscum, Oklahoma City; and a dear family friend, Debbie Teel, Ada.
