LILLIE DAVIDSON
ADA-Graveside services for Lillie A. "Little Bill" Davidson, 92, Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Friday at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rev. Bob Langston will officiate.
Mrs. Davidson died Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at a local nursing home. She was born December 14, 1915 at Stratford, Oklahoma to William "Bill" and Ethel Meredith Newcombe. She lived in Ada all her life and graduated from Ada High School.
She married Glen G. Davidson on April 4, 1935. He died October 5, 1992. Mrs. Davidson worked in the office of Reeves Packing Company until she retired in 1975. She was a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church.
Survivors include three nieces, Janice Burns and husband Merle, Ada, Pam Newcombe, Ada, and Yvonne Trout, Tulsa; four nephews, Mike Newcombe and wife Susan, Oklahoma City, Glen Dale Newcombe and wife Terry, Ada, Tony McElroy, Carmi, Illinois, and Danny McElroy, Carmi, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers, Jake and Toney Newcombe, a sister, Yvonne McElroy, and a nephew, Monte Newcombe.
