Services for Libby Samantha Baxter, 48, of Ada are 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 11, 2022 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Jarrod Presley will officiate. Entombment will follow at Swan Hill Cemetery Mausoleum.

Ms. Baxter died Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at a local nursing home. She was born January 2, 1974 in Ada.

She was employed with New Horizons in building and grounds maintenance.

Survivors include her father, Gerald Baxter; her mother and step-father, Charlette and Joe W. Griffin; two brothers, Jeremy R. Morrison and Jonathan David Alexander; two step-sisters, Tanya Bernard and Twyle Cullum.
