LEON HATTON
ADA-Services for Leon Hatton, 79, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Earl Hood will officiate. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Hatton died Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at a local nursing home. He was born April 23, 1933 in Allen, Oklahoma to Roy and Lena Leslie Hatton.
He married Wanda June Turner on November 5, 1951. She preceded him in death on September 9, 2001. Mr. Hatton was a Hot Roofer for Howard Sheet Metal, retiring after 50 years of service.
Survivors include four sons, Michael Hatton and wife Kay, Byng, Ricky Hatton and wife Nancy, Stonewall, Carl Hatton and wife Patty, Porum, and Jerry Hatton and wife Becky, Ratliff City; three daughters, Wanda Unsell and husband Brian, Barbara Hatton, and Carolyn Pollard, all of Ada; six brothers, Ray Hatton Tulsa, Gerald Hatton, Douglas Hatton, Pat Hatton Billy Hatton and J. B. Hatton, all of Ada; four sisters, Juanita Capps, Freda Johnson and Darlene Chambers, all of Ada, and Oleta Covington of Bray; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Ronnie Hatton and Danny Hatton; and two brothers, Leroy Hatton and Richard Hatton.
Bearers will be Claud Miller, Frank Jones, Jerry Nelson, Billy Massey, Glen Walker, and Bobby Hatton. Honorary bearers will be Bobby Shane Hatton, Glendal Hatton and Greg Redwine.
