Lenora Lawrence

Services for Elizabeth Lenora Lawrence, 73, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Trinity Baptist Church, Dr. Rusty Fuller and Revs. David Gray and Don Sayre will officiate. A Committal Service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Trice Hill Cemetery in Oklahoma City.

Lenora passed away Saturday, February 20, 2021 at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born December 27, 1947 in Oklahoma City, OK to Algie Leroy and Dorothy Mae Clark Lawrence. Lenora received a Bachelor's Degree from East Central University in Special Education.

Lenora was a longtime, active member of Trinity Baptist Church in Ada. She was very active with the Children's Ministry, Children's Choir, and Adult Choir. Serving for almost 4 decades with the Children's ministry, she has ministered to two generations of her Trinity Family, most of who still refer her as "Aunt Nora". Her love for her Heavenly Father and her family and friends was evidenced through her bright smile which none of us will ever forget but all will greatly miss!

Survivors include an uncle, Lawrence Cecil Clark of Alabama; two aunts, Gloria J. Hall, and Christine L. Clark, both of Oklahoma City; numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. She is also survived by her many friends and "adopted family" at Trinity Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother Rodney; and sister, Glenda.
