Obituary

Services for Lane Warren $cott, 28, of Ada are 10:00 a. m. Tuesday at the Chickasaw Nation Community Center, Rev. Bryce Scott will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mr. $cott passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2018 in Ada. He was born April 13, 1990 in Ada to Tim Scott and Bre Owen. He graduated from Byng High School.

Lane had worked as a construction worker and ferrier. Lane was an accomplished bull rider and represented the U. S. in Brazil twice. He traveled many miles and hours chasing the rodeo. He had a special place in his heart for his pitbulls. Lane wasn't scared of anything and always had a smile on his face.

Survivors include his mother, Bre and her husband Brian Cannon of Ada; his father, Tim Scott and his wife Rhonda of Davis; his brothers, Justin and Jaime Booth, Ada, Cole and Tisha Booth, Ada, Blake and Lindsay Scott, Pauls Valley and T. J. Scott, Davis; sisters, Dawnelle Davis and her fiancé, Jonathan of Durant and Amber Owen and husband Preston, Ada; his grandmother, Johnnie Graham, Ada; an uncle, Bryce Scott and wife Cindy; his cowboy brothers, Bret Frederick, Shawn Spencer, Austin Lofton, Colten Jesse, and Chance Ratchford; his bonus mom and dad-Lela and Shannon Frederick; five nieces; four nephews; and a special friend, Morgan Lamb.

Bearers will be Justin Booth, Cole Booth, Bret Frederick, Austin Lofton, Brandon Hendricks and Blake Scott. Honorary bearers will be Shawn Spencer, T. J. Scott and Tony Collins.
