L V AULD
GORDONVILLE, TEXAS- Services for L V Auld, 95, Gordonville, Texas, are noon Friday at the Criswell Chapel, Jimmy Auld officiating. Burial follows at Rosedale Cemetery.
Mr. Auld died on Tuesday, March 11, 2008, at a Grapevine, Texas hospital. He was born November 27, 1912, at Healdton to V L and Pearl McLain Auld. He graduated from Healdton High School and retired in 1976 with 40 years employment with Mobil Oil Company in drilling and production. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Seminole, Texas, and affiliated with First Baptist Church, Sherwood Shores, Texas.
He married Flossie Davis on April 30, 1938, at Ada. She preceded him in death on January 24, 1993.
Survivors include a son, Lynn Auld, South Lake, Texas; a brother, Virgil Lee Auld, Gordonville, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bearers will be David Waggoner, Davis Moore, Deek Moore, Luke Kelly, Mark Hunzaker, and Tim Auld.
