Obituary

Kenneth Eldridge Bolin, 79, of Ada, Oklahoma, passed away on July 7, 2026. He was born on July 23, 1946, in Ada, Oklahoma, to Robert Eldred Bolin and Ruby Adeline Bolin. Kenneth was the only child of Robert and Ruby.

Kenneth was a proud graduate of Vanoss High School. He continued his education at East Central University, where he earned two bachelor's degrees and later obtained his Oklahoma teaching certificate. A lifelong learner, Kenneth valued education and was known as a well-educated and thoughtful man.

From 1968 to 1974, Kenneth faithfully served his country as a Supply Specialist in the Oklahoma Army National Guard. He was honorably discharged after six years of dedicated service.

Throughout his life, Kenneth worked in several professions, but his true passion was farming and ranching. He proudly carried on his family's legacy by taking over his father's farm, R.K. Bolin & Son Polled Herefords. Kenneth was dedicated to raising and selling top-quality Polled Hereford cattle and took great pride in the reputation he built through years of hard work and commitment.

In 1995, Kenneth met the love of his life, Vicki Jean, an Italian woman from Krebs, Oklahoma. After a brief courtship, the two were married on June 17, 1995, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Together they shared 17 wonderful years of marriage, building a life filled with love and cherished memories.

Kenneth was a man of deep faith who loved the Lord. He found joy in working the land, caring for his cattle, and taking his Corvette out for a drive. He will be remembered for his strong work ethic, quiet wisdom, love of agriculture, and devotion to his family and faith.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Eldred Bolin and Ruby Adeline Bolin, and by his beloved wife, Vicki Jean Bolin.

His memory will be treasured by all who knew and loved him. Though he has departed this earthly life, his legacy of faith, service, hard work, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of those whose lives he touched.

Graveside services for Kenneth E. Bolin will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 10, 2026 at Rosedale Cemetery, Rev. Earl Hood will officiate.
